Since 1991 when our first Beer Game simulation has been produced we have created a specific environment for generating business simulation models simply working on System Dynamics maps of cause-effect relationships.

Our consultants are skilled enough to manage a system with up to thousands variable to replicate real data and environements.

Our experience is covering bank, insurance, retail, automotive, airlines, hotels, transport, production, supply chain companies, elevators, petroleum, chemicals, trade, pharma, chains, sports, no-profit companies, public administration, shipping, cruising, communication, finance and more.

The creation of a completely new simulation can take from one up to three months to complete the analysis, design, modeling, test, make-up of a complex simulation.

In some case, the existing simulations can be adapted for similar use.

Some of the simulations like the ones in the sales area can be completely parametrized for every type of customer.
