Is it possible to activate an exclusive business game?
Certainly. Beyond the events proposed on the site, the range of possible uses is truly vast. All available simulations on-line can be requested for users playing at a distance, in mixed classroom+distance formulas; application procedures foresee forms of collaboration in which in addition to the simulation, there are tutors, teachers, and eventually locations in which to develop the class sessions.

How do I activate a course?
To activate a course by request, it is first necessary to identify the simulation to be used, the number of participants (and consequently the number of sessions/ scenarios), application procedures, i.e. the aim, related training aspects, support materials, tutors and/or trainers to be activated.

How do I set up teams?
The composition of scenarios (simulation sessions) must take into account the maximum number of people per scenario.

How many participants can play simultaneously?
The maximum number of participants depends on the business game used; generally, for business games the maximum number of people per team is 5, and the maximum number of teams is 6. This limit is by no means absolute, even if some simulations feature a lesser number of teams which can be activated on the same scenario (e.g. HyperGame has a maximum of 4 competitors); but in some cases teams can include up to 6 players per team (Millennium Airline).
The number of scenarios which can be activated is unlimited.

How can I control participation in a game?
Active participation is measurable through controls of on-line presence and involvement in group work and interaction with the tutors. The tutors are the real animators and guides for the simulations, adopting vastly experimented methods to render the experience of a business game played at a distance truly effective. And remember that tutors can also operate in residential sessions, in which teams actually meet physically both to make decisions and expand on issues related to the business game.

How do I evaluate performance?
A team’s performance is evaluated based on a series of elements regarding their involvement, commitment, and results obtained in the simulation.

Is learning through a business game comparable to learning in a classroom?
Concrete remote learning experiences (even in foreign countries) confirm the quality of on-line activities through positive results.

Do I need to pay registration to the portal for all participants?
Registration in business games can be conducted for individuals, teams, and for each scenario. Special rates are applied for universities, as well as for organisms and companies activating several teams or scenarios.

Can I purchase simulations present on the site?
The simulations present on the site can’t be purchased; however, special agreement formulas are designed for the extensive and even exclusive use of simulations.

Are the available simulations those which appear in the list in the portal?
Yes. Seven simulations are completely available on-line, directly through the server. The others are usable on in-site sessions (class or conventions). Simulations which are not on-line, and simulations developed ad-hoc are available via web through specific agreements with the interested users.

Which business simulations are best suited to my needs?
To find out which simulation to adopt, you can expand on the issues in the list of courses proposed on the site and in the list of simulations. Specific descriptions are available either on request via web or through e-learning meetings.
